Since the application and endorsement surveys are linked via the Contact List, you can track endorsements by exporting the Contact List.

  • Click Contacts in upper right.
  • Make sure you're in the correct group. Upper left, next to XM, the default should be your name, but if you click the down arrow next to your name, you can select a different group if needed.
  • Select the appropriate Contact List in the list of All Folders.
  • From the upper right, click List Options and select Export List.
  • Click Export and a CSV file will download.
  • Open the downloaded CSV file and you should see a spreadsheet including all questions on the application survey as well as the endorsement status on the far right.
  • A 1 indicates the endorsement has been submitted. An empty cell indicates the endorsement has not been submitted.
  • If you have multiple endorsement types and some are optional, you can see whether the applicant listed an optional endorser in the Endorser First/Last/Email columns.

Tracking Endorsements Received Via Email or Uploaded as Part of the Application Survey

Add a column to Data & Analysis:

  • On the Data & Analysis page of the Application project, hover over the column next to where you want to add your column, click the + icon, select Create New Field, enter New Variable Name ("IsEndorser?"), Click Create Variable. 

  • You can use this field to mark each application as endorsed. Click "Add Tag..." in the row for the appropriate application and enter Yes/No.
