It is very easy to trigger an email to the endorser when your application survey is submitted and collect endorsements via email. However, if you would prefer that the endorser complete a Qualtrics survey, and would like to include data from the application survey in the endorsement survey (eg applicant name), you will want a post-application endorsement survey.

Post-application Endorser Survey

The endorser will receive an email with a link to an endorsement form which can display as much or as little of the original application as needed.

Accept Endorsements via Email

The endorser will receive an email asking that they send an endorsement letter to you directly via email.

Paper Endorsements

The applicant downloads a 'paper' endorsement form, obtains a signature from their endorser, scans or photographs the form, and uploads it with their application.

You can bypass the need for an endorsement cycle/survey by requiring the applicant to download a PDF of the endorsement form and upload it as part of their application. The program admin visually inspects the uploaded endorsement then marks the application as endorsed. This works if the endorsement can be seen and transported by the applicant.
