This document is a work-in-progress in support of an upcoming SHRINE software release. Please DO NOT follow these instructions unless you are involved in pre-release testing of SHRINE 3.0 code. The following was drafted for Test network nodes using ACT Ontology 2.0.1 with COVID addendum, version 3, and upgrading from SHRINE version 2.0.
This guide was created to assist system administrators upgrading from SHRINE 2.0.0 to SHRINE 3.0.0-PR1 system. The system is composed of an installation of I2B2 software (http://www.i2b2.org) and SHRINE software. This guide assumes you are upgrading a typical SHRINE 2.0.0 site in an existing network, and have already upgraded to i2b2 1.7.12a .
Be sure that you have at least 2.5 GB free space available in /opt/shrine/tomcat/lib before starting.
