You can easily build a basic Qualtrics form and use it to collect applications. The instructions within this guide, however, are specific to building an application that requires an endorsement and/or review cycle. It will allow you to trigger the email to the endorser, pull information from the original application into the endorser and/or review surveys, write data from all surveys to a Qualtrics Contact List so you can easily monitor the endorsement/review process, etc.
