You will be copying the application survey that best matches your current offering. Edit the title as needed.

    • From Projects page, click Create New Project

      • Click Survey
      • Enter Project Name
      • Below Project Name, select From a Copy
      • Select Source project
      • Click Get Started
    • Edit the questions, logic, etc., as necessary

    • Review Survey Options

      • Select Open Access to allow anyone to access the application survey.
      • Un-check Secure Participants' Files. This will allow the applicant to click the link in the email to view the file they uploaded if the applicant will be uploading files, and you want to include the applicant's survey answers in their confirmation email, OR if you have a review cycle. This will allow you to insert links to the applicants' uploaded files in the review form.
    • Edit the Contact List Trigger
      You will be using this contact list as a database to store name/value pairs that you can pull from the application survey into the endorser survey.

      • Tools > Triggers > Contact List Trigger

      • Click "Add respondent to the panel...[NAME OF CONTACT LIST]"

      • Change to a new Contact List

        • Click on the name of the existing Contact List

        • From My Library, click "New Contact List"
        • Type the name of your new list (choose a name specific to the current offering cycle)

        • Click Save (not Save Triggers, which closes the pop-up)
          This must be in addition to Save Triggers, which is next.

      • If you have changed any questions you will need to add/remove/edit...

      • Click SaveTriggers

    • Edit courseName in Survey Flow to match the Contact List
    • Verify that all links in survey open in new window. 
      This allows user to click to the RFA or other links without losing their place on the application form.
      • Click into question then click Rich Content Editor. 
      • Click on linked text then click link icon (chain link).
      • Click Target tab, then make sure "New Window (_blank)" is selected.
    • Update Survey Expiration dates.
      • Survey Options -> Survey Expiration.
    • Verify that email Actions/Triggers have carried over and edit as necessary (eg dates). Make sure email links and other links are linked. Be aware of piped-in data, and be careful not to accidentally remove.
