This guide was created to assist users and system administrators in the installation of a SHRINE system, which is composed of an installation of the I2B2 software (http://www.i2b2.org) and the SHRINE software.
The SHRINE software is composed of 3 applications: the SHRINE WebClient, SHRINE Data Steward, and the SHRINE Dashboard.
This guide assumes that you have already installed a working version of the i2b2 software. If you have any problems installing the i2b2 software, please refer to the i2b2 installation guide, provided here:
