The Blink project was completed in 2012. The final report is attached below. This space remains here as reference.

Blink is a project of the Harvard Library Lab 2012. Its goal is to produce Linked Open Data for the Countway Library of Medicine and experiment with it as a means to enhance information discovery.

Ontology browser: https://blink.countway.harvard.edu/model

Data Curation tool: https://blink.countway.harvard.edu/sweet/

Blink-specific assets:

https://open.med.harvard.edu/svn/blink/trunk/

eagle-i software modified for Blink:

https://open.med.harvard.edu/svn/eagle-i-dev/apps/branches/BLINK/

This is an eagle-i branch with symbolic links to unmodified eagle-i files. To build: check it out (which will pull all the necessary eagle-i bits) and issue the command:

mvn clean install -DskipTests

(tests need to be deactivated because they assume the eagle-i ontology, not the blink ontology)
