SHRINE users are required to have the "DATA_OBFSC" role set in i2b2.

Resolution

If you are the a user, ask your I2B2 i2b2 admin to add the required roles to your user record for the SHRINE project in the PM cell. A user should only need the roles "USER" and "DATA_OBFSC", which are the default set of roles given to a newly-created user.
