The user is missing a required i2b2 role.
SHRINE users are required to have the "DATA_OBFSC" role set in i2b2.
If you are a user, ask your i2b2 admin to add the required roles to your user for the SHRINE project in the PM cell. A user should only need the roles "USER" and "DATA_OBFSC", which are the default set of roles given to a newly-created user.
