• Add a Contact List Trigger to record endorsement
  
  1. Tools > Triggers > Contact List Trigger
  2. Click "Please Select"
  3. Select My Library:...

  4. Select the same contact list used for the application e.g.EndorseList-HMSLeadership-March2020

  5. Under External Data Reference select Embedded Data and enter "appID"
  6. Click "Add additional fields"
  7. For Field Name type "Is_Endorsed" (if you nave multiple endorsers use "primaryEndorsed" to indicate which endorser)
     1. Select Question, then select the question that best indicates endorsement
     2. If it is a checkbox choose "Select Choices Recode"
  8. Click Save Triggers
• Change the Recode Value (which will be written to the Contact List)
  1. From the Survey tab, highlight the question you are using to indicate "Is_Endorsed"
  2. Click the gear icon to the left
  3. Select Recode Values
  4. Check Variable Naming
  5. Type "YES"
  6. Click Close
• Customize the Endorser email
  • Copy the Anonymous Link of the Endorser Survey
    • Click Distributions
    • Click Get Reusable Link (if visible) or click "Anonymous Link"
    • Copy the Anonymous Survey Link
