The SHRINE hub responded with something other than an OK http status when the QEP service requested an update on a QUEUED query result.
The requested query earlier entered at least one CRC's queue, and was reported in a QUEUED state. The QEP was unable to request an update because of a problem detected when it contacted the hub. The problem most likely involves a problem at the hub.
