The SHRINE QEP service encountered an exception while requesting an update on a QUEUED query result.
The requested query earlier entered at least one CRC's queue, and was reported in a QUEUED state. The QEP was unable to request an update because of a problem detected on the client side. The problem most likely involves communication between the QEP and the hub.
