Retrieve all of the SHRINE installation files from the Harvard Catalyst Sonatype Nexus server at: https://repo.open.med.harvard.edu/nexus/content/groups/public/net/shrine/. From there, download the following .war files to the /opt/shrine/tomcat/webapps/ directory on the SHRINE server and rename them accordingly:
- shrine-api.war
- shrine.war
For example, these are the installation files for SHRINE version 2.0.0:
cd /opt/shrine/tomcat/webapps wget https://repo.open.med.harvard.edu/nexus/content/groups/public/net/shrine/shrine-api-war/2.0.0/shrine-api-war-2.0.0.war -O shrine-api.war wget https://repo.open.med.harvard.edu/nexus/content/groups/public/net/shrine/shrine-war/2.0.0/shrine-war-2.0.0.war -O shrine.war
Before installing, you should check the md5sum of the downloaded components:
