Edit Emails
Actions > Applicant Confirmation Email (click to the right of words) > Send Email Task > Edit as needed > Save
If you have added, deleted, or reordered any questions you may need to fix the data that is "piped in."
Repeat the above steps for any other existing email tasks
Create New Contact List
Tools > Triggers > Contact List Triggers > Add respondent... > Click in the Contact List field > Select the contact list that you used for the applicationÂ
If you have added, deleted, or reordered any questions you will need to click "Edit" to add, delete, or reorder the name value fields
Remember to click "Save Triggers"
