- Fill out application survey, reviewing all questions, logic, and appearance. Use a real email address (yours) so you can review email notifications. Note that Harvard might block repeated emails with the same content, so you may consider using a personal email address.
- Fill in every question the first time you complete a test survey so it populates the contact list completely.
- From the email notification sent to the endorser, follow link to the endorsement survey and/or review survey. Fill out surveys, reviewing all questions, logic, and appearance. Use a real email address (yours) so you can review email notifications.
- Note: you won't be able to preview the endorsement surveys since they need to be linked to the application survey. You'll have to fill out the application survey, check your email, and access the endorsement survey from the email link.
- Review all email notifications for piped-in content (ie endorser name and application ID), links, email subject, From email address, text. Endorser initial email, and confirmation email upon submission to applicant, contain the application ID. Verify that this is working as you review the emails sent.
- Once you've completed a test of all surveys in your OC, export your contact list to make sure all content is there, including all endorsement columns.
- Delete your test survey submissions to keep your data clean.
- From the Data & Anaysis tab, select Tools (right side) > Delete Data > All Responses. You do not need to wait until the delete is complete, you can click the “Hide” button to continue working and the delete will continue in the background.
- You can also selectively bulk delete; using the check boxes on the left side, select the records to be deleted, then use the “With Selected” dropdown to select Delete.
Also, delete the data from the Contact List.
- Click Contacts (top right)
- Click the correct Contact List to open it
- Check the top checkbox on the left to select all records
- Use the “With Selected” dropdown to select Delete
