Something is preventing the QEP at your local node from sending the query to the hub.
Resolution
If you are using SHRINE's web client please report the summary, description, and all details to your local admin for further investigation.
If you are the local admin, please work with your hub admin to determine why the QEP cannot send its query to the hub.
