The DSA could not start an Actor to email audit requests due to an exception.
When the DSA started, it could not start a scheduled Actor that determines which researcher's queries should be audited. The data steward will not receive audit emails.
If you are the adapter admin, examine the details to help determine what is wrong. Frequently this problem will be caused by problems in the configuration.
