Loading tables into DBs

adapter.sql → adapterAuditDB

qepAudit.sql → qepAuditDB

shrine_query_history.sql → shrine_query_history

steward.sql → stewardDB

Ontology scripts

ontology_create_tables.sql - Creates shrine_ont, creates SHRINE, TABLE_ACCESS, and SCHEMES tables, and sets up schemas within tables.

Afterwards, configure_pm.sql to add SHRINE project into i2b2metadata table and configure SHRINE CRC path to node.
