This scrubber utility uses several methods to removes remove confidential identifiers from structured XML or plain text including:
- comparing raw & derived (pluralization, alpha/alpha-numeric, etc...) variations of input text phrases to a list lists of known identifiers (names, states, etc)
- and applying a series of Regular Expressions
