If you want to take the Green Line E train, go to Copley Square or
Prudential Center, and walk a few extra blocks to Massachusetts Avenue
and Commonwealth Avenues.
Alternatively, from Copley Square, you can also transfer to the B, C
or D and go one short stop to the Hynes Convention Center and then
continue onto the Harvard Club (as above).
