Additionally, you should make sure to upgrade your JDBC driver.  The driver should support JDK 11 and later.  At present we have confirmed that ojdbc8.jar (version 19.7.0.0) works with SHRINE 3.0.0-PR1.  Download the version most appropriate for your situation, and place the driver in /opt/shrine/tomcat/lib before restarting SHRINE.
