The hub received an HTTP error response (e.g.: 500) from an adapter.
The web server at the adapter is working well enough to send an error re= sponse, but has some problem that must be fixed by that adapter's admin bef= ore SHRINE can properly operate.
If you are a user or an admin, please supply all details to the admin fo= r the node that responded with this error.
This problem is often caused by a syntax error in the adapter site's shr= ine.conf. In this case, Tomcat starts fine and can respond, but any attempt= s to access the SHRINE application itself (which is separate from the webcl= ient) will result in a fatal error.
